Customer Responsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USPrintCenter, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another, or any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services.

While USPrintCenter does not review all uploaded content for legal compliance, we reserve the right to refuse to process any order that we believe may infringe upon the rights of a third party or violate any laws.

Limitation of Liability

USPrintCenter is not responsible for the content of the designs uploaded by customers. Our role is strictly limited to printing the designs onto the selected materials according to the customer’s instructions.

We do not redistribute, share, or otherwise make public any designs uploaded by our customers. All uploaded content is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USPrintCenter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in uploaded content.
• Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to or use of our services.
• Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal or financial information stored therein.

Orders for Custom Products

Because we sell custom products including sweatshirts, t-shirts, gang sheets, and ornaments, customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting an order.

This includes design files, sizes, colors, quantities, and customization instructions.
