At USPrintCenter, we take pride in maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing waste. Every order is carefully processed to help ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Because many of our products are custom, made-to-order, or prepared specifically for each customer, some orders may have limited cancellation, return, or refund options.

Our goal is quality and customer satisfaction.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review and help resolve the situation.

Cancellation and Returns

Due to our focus on quality control and waste reduction, we may offer cancellation or refund options after the order is placed only before the order is delivered to the cargo or shipping carrier.

Our team works hard to ensure every order is carefully processed to meet our high standards. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns once the order has been shipped.

Important:

Once an order has been shipped or delivered to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled or returned unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

While we strive for excellence in packaging and shipping, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please email us and include clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation and take swift action to resolve the problem.

  • Send clear photos showing the issue.
  • Do not wash, use, alter, cut, or stitch the product before contacting us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for review, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unwashed.
  • Products must be unused.
  • Products must be unstitched.
  • Products must be in their original, undamaged condition.
  • Fabric must remain in its original cut length.
Fabric condition requirement:

Once fabric has been cut, it cannot be returned.

Custom Printed Products

Custom printed fabrics and custom printed products selected or approved by the customer are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

This includes custom designs, logos, artwork, personalized apparel, custom transfers, gang sheets, and any products printed or prepared specifically for your order.

Please review your order carefully.

Before placing a custom order, please confirm your artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and product details.
