We take pride in maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing waste. Because many orders are custom, made-to-order, or prepared specifically for each customer, certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once processing or shipping has started.
Please review your order details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Returns
Due to our focus on quality control and waste reduction, we may offer cancellation or refund options after the order is placed, but only before the order is delivered to the cargo or shipping carrier.
Our team works hard to ensure that every order is carefully processed to meet our high standards. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns once the order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped or delivered to the shipping carrier, cancellation or return requests cannot be accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
While we strive for excellence in packaging and shipping, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly include photos of the issue to help us assess the situation. We will take swift action to resolve the problem.

- Do not wash, use, stitch, cut, or alter the product before contacting us.
Return Conditions
Products must meet the following conditions to be reviewed for return eligibility:
- Products must be unwashed.
- Products must be unused.
- Products must be unstitched.
- Products must be in their original, undamaged condition.
- Fabric must remain in its original cut length.
Once fabric has been cut, it cannot be returned.
Custom Printed Products
Custom printed fabrics selected by the customer are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
This includes custom printed products, custom apparel, personalized artwork, logos, DTF transfers, gang sheets, and any order printed or prepared specifically based on customer-selected details.
Before placing a custom order, please confirm artwork, spelling, sizes, colors, quantities, design placement, and product details.
